In celebration of their 80th season, Wilmot Mountain has curated an exhibit at the Kenosha History Center that will feature a timeline from their opening in 1938 through today.

North America’s most iconic resorts from east to west coasts will open for the 2017-2018 ski season Friday, Nov. 17. Canada’s Whistler Blackcomb, North America’s largest resort, will open for the season with three feet of base snow, while Vermont’s Stowe Mountain Resort will open summit-to-base skiing on the resort’s world-renowned Mt. Mansfield. The Lake Tahoe Region’s Heavenly Mountain Resort will also open Friday, Nov. 17.

Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 22, skiers, snowboarders and national park explorers can make the most of their vacation spending this year with savings of up to 50 percent with Vail Resorts and RockResorts. This is the last chance for guests to purchase a season pass before hitting the slopes this winter as all season passes are only available through Sunday, Nov. 19.

Vail Resorts Retail (VRR) announced today that it has entered an agreement to purchase the assets of three outdoor retail stores on historic Main Street in Breckenridge, including The North Face, Columbia and Main Street Outlet, from long-time Breckenridge Ski Enterprise owners, Steve and Susan Lapinsohn. Vail Resorts Retail anticipates closing on the assets of the three stores and assuming operations in the same locations as tenants later this month.
