Seven Springs Mountain Resort Announces Festival and Events Schedule Plus Opening Date for Summer Activities

SEVEN SPRINGS, Pa. (April 25, 2024) - As the season changes, so do the fun events and adventurous offerings at Seven Springs Mountain Resort.  

We love winter, but Seven Springs is a special place in the summer as well,” said Brett Cook, General Manager of Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, and Laurel Mountain. “The resort is an amazing venue for festivals and events. Families and friends gather at the base of the mountain for the Laurel Highlands’ biggest backyard barbecue at our annual Rib & Wing Festival, sing along with the band under the stars at the Foggy Goggle Concert Series, and make new memories and relive old ones with a ride on the Alpine Slide.” 

The resort is pleased to announce its summer festival and events schedule featuring: 

  • Foggy Goggle Concert Series, Friday and Saturday nights beginning May 24 

  • Jazz Nights at Helen’s Restaurant, Wednesdays beginning May 29 

  • Independence Weekend fireworks show, July 5 

  • Rib & Wing Festival, July 12-14 

  • Seven Springs Wine Festival, Aug. 23-25

Beginning Friday, May 24, activities like the Alpine Slide and scenic chairlift rides return for summer operations through Labor Day, then weekends through Oct. 20, weather permitting.  Resort guests seeking summer fun at Seven Springs will want to take advantage of the All-Day Adventure Pass, which provides access to: 

  • Alpine Slide   

  • Bounce House 

  • Bowling   

  • Chairlift Rides   

  • Courtyard & Yard Games like bocce, horseshoes, and pickleball  

  • Disc Golf   

  • Miniature Golf   

  • Paddleboats   

  • Paddleboards

Summer Escape Sale 
Resort guests can save money by booking their summer getaway early with the Summer Escape Sale, offering the best deal on summer lodging rates across Vail Resorts’ portfolio of hotels, condos, and chalets. For a limited time, guests can save up to 20% on lodging rates, and Epic Pass Holders can save an additional 20% with Epic Mountain Rewards. Pass Holders also receive early access to the sale starting Monday, April 29, through Wednesday, May 1. 

In addition to Seven Springs, the Summer Escape Sale lodging rates include Whistler Blackcomb, Vail Mountain, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Heavenly, Breckenridge, Park City Mountain, Crested Butte, Northstar, Mount Snow, Okemo, Hunter, and Kirkwood. 

Epic Pass Holders can book the Summer Escape Sale by signing into their Epic Pass account starting April 29, selecting the sale and searching for their lodging of choice. For those without an Epic Pass, public access to the sale is open from Thursday, May 2, through Friday, May 10. Minimum night stay requirements and other terms and conditions apply.

Now is the best time for skiers and snowboarders to secure their 2024/25 Epic Pass for the lowest price! The Epic Local Pass, priced at $731 for adults, provides incredible value with access to all the company’s resorts across the East region, and allows Mid-Atlantic guests to take a trip out West with unlimited access at Breckenridge, Keystone, and Crested Butte, plus 10 days at Vail Mountain, Beaver Creek, or Whistler Blackcomb. An Epic Local Child’s Pass is just $380.      

The Northeast Value Pass offers unbeatable value to those who only plan to ski or ride in the East, with access to many of the same destinations, including 21 resorts across the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Midwest – such as Roundtop, Seven Springs, Liberty, Stowe, Mount Snow, Okemo, and Hunter – for $600. The Northeast Value College Pass is just $421.    

Vail Resorts also continues to offer the Epic Day Pass, which allows guests access to world-class resorts at pre-season pricing with significant savings when compared to a lift ticket. Starting at as low as $44 for one day of skiing at Pennsylvania resorts, the Epic Day Pass is perfect for those who plan to ski and ride between one and seven days throughout the winter season. In effect, skiers and riders can build their own passes and also choose Epic FlexPay as a convenient payment option.
