Whiskey Wranglers at the Beaver Creek Rodeo 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Put on your boots and kick off Wine & Spirits weekend at the Beaver Creek Rodeo while sampling a variety of fine whiskeys from Laws Whiskey House (Denver, CO), Peach Street Distillers (Palisade, CO) and barbeque from Moe's Original Bar B Que! Savor the flavor of the whiskey on your palate while getting a taste of this Wild West tradition.

You’ll receive a guided tour of tribute to the Old West, designed by the lead designer at Ralph Lauren, to view the many artifacts including photographs, bronzes, art work and other memorabilia before hiking back down to the village.

Become the fromager and make your own mozzarella cheese at this hands-on seminar at Toscanini. Lead by Sean Razee, Master Sommelier of Southern Wine and Spirits, you will create your own traditional southern Italian cheese you will enjoy a sampling of delectable Italian wines designed to pair and illustrate the many regions of Italy.

You will leave with an understanding of the impact of climate, tradition, and winemaking on the world's most malleable grape.
