Beaver Creek, Colo., June 14, 2017– This year’s annual Independence Day celebration in Beaver Creek will be full of energy from 12 p.m. through the evening, on Tuesday, July 4. Four musical acts including country star Easton Corbin will take the stage. The Stars, Stripes & Slides festivities will include inflatable castles and slides for kids, and food and drinks will fill the appetites for friends and families alike before a nighttime fireworks display at 9:30 p.m.
Once noon hits, the gates are open for Stars, Stripes & Slides where games, free slides, bounce houses, face painting, arts & crafts and more are available until 5 p.m. on the grass by Centennial Express Lift. Live music begins at 2 p.m. on the Centennial Lawn with the electrifying force of Americana music by Andrew McConathy & Friends. From 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m, the smooth vocal harmony and driven sound of new country music duo Austin's Rose takes the stage. Arkansas native, Ashley McBryde, holds her audience captive with her bourbon-soaked sense of humor and commands the room with her music from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Easton Corbin takes the stage at 8:15 p.m. With two No. 1 singles, multiple awards and nominations, plus performances on some of the biggest stages in the world, Nashville’s Easton Corbin has made a lasting impression on the country music landscape. He is lauded for his traditional country sound, authentic lyrics and mastery of understatement. American Songwriter says, "Easton Corbin has one of those rare, glorious voices that was made—just made—for singing country music.” His self-titled debut album released in 2010 and spawned back-to-back hits “A Little More Country Than That” and “Roll With It;” making him the first country male artist in 17 years to have his first two consecutive singles reach No. 1. In 2012 the Gilchrist County Florida native released his sophomore album, All Over The Road, which included the Top 5 hits “Lovin’ You Is Fun” and “All Over The Road.” To end the night, a fireworks display will light up the sky at 9:30 p.m.
