Heavenly Mountain Resort, Northstar California Announce Extended Ski Season
- Heavenly remains open through April 30; Northstar through April 23
- Kirkwood Mountain Resort will be open through April 16
NORTH AND SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif./Nev. – Feb. 22, 2017 – Amidst the largest snowpack in 22 years, the Best of Tahoe Resorts announce extended ski seasons for Heavenly Mountain Resort daily through April 23, and the weekend of April 28 – 30; Northstar California now offers skiing through April 23. Kirkwood continues with legendary spring skiing through April 16.

By purchasing lift tickets seven or more days in advance online, guests will receive the biggest savings – up to 25 percent – and the lowest price, guaranteed. Advance purchase tickets can be sent directly to a guest’s mailbox, allowing them to bypass the ticket window. Or guests can easily pick up their tickets at the resorts’ Epic Day Express windows. Once a guest has a hard card ticket, they can even load more days onto the card by purchasing additional days online.
