Bistro Kosher Deli to Open at the Silverado Lodge in Canyons Village at Park City
- Silverado Lodge to remain home to the only kosher restaurant at a ski resort in North America
Park City, UTAH – Dec. 15, 2016 – Vail Resorts and Park City Mountain today announced that Bistro Kosher Deli will open at the Silverado Lodge in Canyons Village at Park City on Monday, Dec. 19. The kosher menu will include a wide variety of deli sandwiches and salads, as well as an assortment of small plates and entrées.
“We’re pleased that the opening of Bistro will allow us to maintain the only kosher offerings at a ski resort in North America,” said Ron Neville, Vail Resorts vice president of hospitality. “We’re delighted to be able to offer our kosher guests the same outstanding level of service and exceptional food that guests of Park City Mountain experience across the resort.”
The restaurant’s menu will feature signature sandwiches such as the Hot Pastrami, Turkey Reuben and Open Face, which offers a choice of turkey or roast beef smothered in brown gravy. For larger appetites, entrée options include Chicken Schnitzel, Spaghetti and Meatballs and Citrus Salmon. In addition to dining at the family-friendly Bistro Kosher Deli, guests will also have the ability to pre-order Sabbath meals and purchase pre-made kosher sandwiches at Murdock’s Café, located in Canyons Village.
Guests of the resort and Park City residents who don’t adhere to kosher diets are also welcome to enjoy the delicious offerings at Bistro Kosher Deli, where wellness-conscious diners will appreciate the antibiotic- and hormone-free meats and dairy-free kitchen, as well as 100 percent organic produce.
