The Rendezvous Club at Beaver Creek Golf Club is open to the public and consists of a delicious and extensive menu of American cuisine created by Executive Chef Patrick McCarthy, who serves up delectable cuisine to guests throughout the winter as the notable chef of the exclusive Allie’s Cabin located on Beaver Creek Mountain.
Enjoy world-class cuisine from Executive Chef Kirk Weems at SummerThyme Restaurant located at the Guest Clubhouse, and Silver Sage, located in the member clubhouse. Silver Sage features fine dining at sunset overlooking Castle Peak and serves fresh Colorado and seasonal cuisine. Silver Sage is open to the public Monday through Saturday starting on June 14.
