March Snow Roars in Like a Lion to Colorado Ski Resorts
- Keystone Ski Resort receives 14 inches of snow in 24 hours with more on the way!
- Vail, Beaver Creek and Breckenridge all receive 9-plus inches from the same spring storm.
Keystone, COLO. – March 15, 2016 – Spring Breakers are rejoicing at Keystone Resort today as they awoke to the most reported snow in Colorado, receiving 14 inches of powder from a powerful winter storm moving across the western United States; also dropping 10 inches of freshies at Beaver Creek, and nine inches at Vail and Breckenridge.
And the snow isn’t slowing down! Another round of heavy snow is expected Tuesday and forecasted to add an additional 5-10 inches of snow accumulations to today’s totals. Bottom line for skiers and riders: March snow is delivering the pow as expected!
