The Keystone Ranch to Debut as Colorado Steakhouse
Keystone, Colo. — Nov. 10, 2015 — The Keystone Ranch, a AAA Four-Diamond rated restaurant and Wine Spectator Award and DiRoNa winner, will debut a new menu upon opening for the season on Friday, Nov. 20. Located in an original 1930s ranch homestead that has previously served as both a working ranch and home to some of the area’s first settlers, the historic charm and extraordinary setting remains intact as the Keystone Ranch presents an genuine Colorado steakhouse experience.

“We are excited to combine the history and ambience of the Keystone Ranch with an authentic dining experience that pays homage to the area’s past,” said Cindy Burkart, General Manager of the Keystone Ranch. “Led by Chef Steven Vlass, our culinary team has done a tremendous job to craft a menu and concept that is distinctively Colorado, uniquely Keystone.”

The Keystone Ranch will utilize the finest meats, a variety of game, locally sourced products and sustainable practices to create an inviting Colorado steakhouse with menu items such as Imperial Ranch Waygu N.Y. strip, Rosen Farms lamb chops, garden herb rubbed red bird chicken breast, pumpkin and quinoa croquettes, and the Ranch’s signature soufflé dessert.

“Our goal is to pay homage to the farmers who first settled this land with authentic flavors at an approachable price,” said Burkart. “While the menu will be changing, the care and attention to detail guests have come to know and love at the Ranch remains the same. Similarly, the stunning dining room, providing arguably the best sunset view in Summit County, will not change and is ready to welcome our valued guests.”

The Keystone Ranch, a Colorado Steakhouse is scheduled to open for the season on Friday, Nov. 20. Reservations may be made through the Keystone Activities & Dining department at 970-496-4386.
