Keystone Resort Offers Ultimate Family Holiday Destination Throughout December
Keystone, Colo. — Oct. 27, 2015 — Colorado’s Keystone Resort opens for the 2015-16 season in just 10 days, beginning the resort’s 45th season of operations on Friday, Nov. 6. As one of the first signs that winter has arrived, it also means that the holidays are not far behind. With daily programming and offerings, the holidays come to life throughout the entire month of December.
A true winter wonderland, Keystone features more than 3,000 skiable acres of terrain, signature restaurants, shopping, scenic and dinner sleigh rides, ice skating, snow tubing, night skiing, and the award-winning A51 terrain park, to provide the perfect setting for a holiday vacation. Keystone Chocolate Village Turns 20
Keystone Executive Pastry Chef Ned Archibald utilizes 8,000 pounds of imported chocolate for the Keystone Chocolate Village and it has been a hand-crafted holiday tradition at the resort for the past 19 years. Featuring a working chocolate gondola, cascading chocolate waterfall, four-foot tall chocolate Christmas tree, and many other winter scenes, this chocolate masterpiece is free to attend. Located in the lobby of the Keystone Lodge & Spa from Dec. 17, 2015-Jan. 3, 2016.
Keystone’s Kidtopia: Unmatched Family Programming starting Thanksgiving Weekend
Keystone continues to redefine the family resort experience with Kidtopia activities and animation. Kids of all ages, including those young at heart, can enjoy a variety of daily programming throughout the winter season beginning Thanksgiving weekend.
