Keystone’s Savor the Slopes Delights with Unique Tastings
Signature Restaurants Offer Unique Food and Drink Samplings
 
Keystone, Colo. — Jan. 7, 2015 — Keystone Resort’s distinct signature restaurants will be on display during Keystone’s Savor the Slopes, a multi-week rotating showcase featuring food, wine, beer and spirits. Tasting events will highlight a unique theme that has been tailored specifically by the host restaurant, and will delight appetites from Wednesday, Jan. 21 through Thursday, Feb. 12. Award-winning, mountaintop locations, historical buildings and two distinct village settings are among the highlights that the six host restaurants offer for the combined 17 tasting events.
 
Reservations for individual Savor the Slopes tasting events are required, and can be made by calling 970-496-4386. All events begin at 4 p.m. and are $25 per person.

Alpenglow Stube is the highest AAA Four-Diamond rated dining experience in North America features contemporary cuisine with a Bavarian accent in a unique, secluded setting atop North Peak. Bighorn Bistro & Bar is located in the Keystone Lodge & Spa with views of the Keystone Lake, the Lakeside Village, and the Continental Divide. This centrally located restaurant at Keystone offers seasonally inspired cuisine with Colorado influences.
 
The Ski Tip Lodge was recently voted the sixth best restaurant in America by OpenTable diners. This former 1800s stagecoach stop has been transformed into a cozy bed and breakfast and was once home to Keystone’s founders, Max and Edna Dercum. The Ski Tip Lodge’s four-course dinners are rotated daily and consistently receives high reviews regarding its innovate entrées and superb service.
 
9280 Tap House is a favorite in River Run Village that features daily specials, craft beers and pub fare. This location is set within the heart of River Run Village and boasts the best après outside deck area at Keystone; perfect after a long day on the slopes.
