More than Two Feet of New Snow and 1,300 Acres of Terrain Await Skiers and Snowboarders at Vail Mountain

After one of the best opening weekends in recent memory, Vail Mountain, one of the largest ski resorts in the world, is now offering skiers and snowboarders access to more than 1,300 acres of terrain, thanks to more than two feet of fresh powder that fell over the weekend and continued snowfall into this week.
 
Skiers and snowboarders now have access to the following lifts and more than 1,300 acres of skiable terrain in these areas on Vail Mountain:

  • Avanti Express Lift (#2)
  • Wildwood Express Lift (#3)
  • Mountain Top Express Lift (#4)

Early season is a fantastic time to visit Vail, and thanks to Mother Nature’s generous snowfall this month the mountain is in great shape and the resort anticipates opening up even more terrain for the upcoming holiday weekend.
