KEYSTONE, Colo. — August 15, 2013 — Keystone Resort is pleased to announce a new prestigious golf clinic with LPGA Hall of Famer Nancy Lopez, a four-time LPGA Player of the Year and three-time major champion,Wednesday August 28at The River Course. Participants will enjoy one-on-one time with Lopez, as well as opportunities to improve their golf game in an enjoyable and educational atmosphere.
                                              
Day of the clinic will include breakfast, putting exhibition with Lopez, short game clinics focused on putting, pitching and sand followed by a delicious lunch from The Grill. After lunch, golfers will have the chance to play nine holes on the Keystone River Course with Lopez hitting a par three with each group. LL4G experts will be on-hand to assist participants with on-course game management.
 
Following the clinic, free time will run from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. giving event participants the opportunity to take advantage of a choice of special discounts: an additional nine holes of play or a customized massage or facial at the Keystone Spa. For golfers who would like to continue to stay out on the greens into the evening, nine additional holes will cost only $30 with no advanced reservations required. If looking for a more relaxed activity, guests can enjoy a customized massage or facial for only $105 ($55 off regular price) that includes a complimentary aroma, glass of champagne and full access to the spa’s fitness center that includes an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna and exercise machines.

About Nancy Lopez
Lopez won the New Mexico Women's Amateur tournament at the age of 12 and went on to win several amateur titles. Becoming a professional golfer while in college, Lopez won Rookie of the Year and Player of the Year awards in 1978. In 2003, she won the Billie Jean King Contribution Award from the Women's Sports Foundation. Over the course of her career, Lopez received the Player of the Year Award four times and had 48 victories—three of them in major tournaments—and became the first woman to receive the Frances Ouimet Award for lifelong contributions to golf. She was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame LPGA category in 1987.
