BROOMFIELD, Colo.– Dec. 12, 2012 – Like a virtual concierge, a new app debuted by The Arrabelle at Vail Square, A RockResort, assists guests with coordinating their experiences during their stay, as well as planning their vacation before they arrive in Vail, Colo.

 
From requesting wake-up calls and baggage assistance, to arranging for a ski valet or dinner reservations from the concierge, with the new app all the details typically found in in-room brochures and at the concierge desk can be conveniently accessed on-the-go via mobile device by anyone, anywhere.

With the app you can:

·         Explore The Arrabelle’s amenities, dining and spa menus

·         Make requests for baggage assistance, ski valet or car valet

·         Make concierge requests

·         Make wake-up call requests

·         Look up local bus schedules, make shuttle reservations with Colorado Mountain Express (CME), and check on local flight times

·         Connect to Vail Mountain information including the snow report, lift tickets, rentals, childcare, ski school lessons, events and activities, etc.

·         Connect socially to the EpicMix app, Vail’s videos on YouTube and live on-mountain cams so you can check real-time weather conditions

·         Access exclusive deals and promotions for The Arrabelle, The RockResorts Spa, Starbucks and Tavern on the Square

In addition to the app, The Arrabelle offers Wi-Fi and has a fleet of iPads and GoPro cameras available for check out to enhance their stay in Vail.

 

The app was developed by Intelity Solutions, a hospitality technology company utilizing ICE (Interactive Customer Experience™) Mobile technology. It can be found in the iTunes store here and is available by searching the App Store for “The Arrabelle”.
