The Sessh and Andrew McConathy and Friends playing at Red Tail Camp and Broken Arrow this weekend at Beaver Creek
Beaver Creek, Colo., Feb. 17, 2012 – Beaver Creek Resort will have two local bands, The Sessh, and Andrew McConathy and Friends playing at Red Tail Camp and Broken Arrow Camp, respectively, this weekend, Feb. 18-19.
Creating a fun atmosphere for visiting skiers and riders, Andrew McConathy and Friends is slated to play Saturday from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at Broken Arrow and The Sessh will play Sunday from 12:00-3:00 p.m. at Red Tail Camp. Each show is free of charge.
Andrew McConathy and Friends, also known as The Drunken Hearts, are an alternative bluegrass band that consist of band members: Andrew McConathy doing vocals, guitar, and harmonica, Derek Shields playing bass, and Ted Welles also doing vocals as well as drums.
The Sessh is an Electro Funk group that consists of members: Cristian Basso playing MIDI bass, keys, and vocals, Trevor Jones playing guitar and accompanying vocals, and Roy Burki playing drums, samples and vocal flow.
Beaver Creek will continue to feature a variety of free music shows at Red Tail Camp and Broken Arrow throughout the spring season.
