-Richard Sandoval: chef and owner of Richard Sandoval Restaurant Group which operates 26 restaurants including Cima, Venga Venga, Zengo and Maya.
No culinary event is complete without expertly paired wines to sip and sample and this year, the author of FOOD & WINE’S Wine Guide 2009 and 2010, sommelier and journalistAnthony Giglio will bring his humor and insight to the slopes at Beaver Creek where he also will host the Winter Wonderland Wine Seminars.
Beaver Creek’s FOOD & WINE Weekend begins with the Meet the Chefs Reception on Thursday and other highlights include the Guided Snowshoe and Luncheon, First Tracks Ski Breakfast, wine seminars and cooking classes. Saturday evening’s Grand Tasting is the crescendo of all of the incredible chefs and foods prepared and shared in this winter setting. Individual event ticket prices range from $75 for après-ski and seminar events to the ultimate VIP Culinary Events package for $936 which includes not only daily event tickets but also an exclusive cooking class with celebrity chef Tim Love.

The Standard Package is available for $425 per person, per night and includes two nights of lodging, two days of skiing and tickets to Friday’s Burgers & Beers Après-Ski, a gourmet dinner and Saturday night's Grand Tasting.
The Magnum Package is available starting at $409 per person per night and includes three nights of lodging, three days of skiing plus tickets to Thursday night's Meet The Chefs reception, Friday’s Après-Ski Burgers & Beers, one Friday night gourmet dinner at either Splendido at the Chateau or Mirabelle, Saturday night's Grand Tasting and one wine seminar.
For the true foodie seeking an over-the-top culinary weekend, the Imperial Package is offered starting at $995.77 per person, per night. This VIP experience features superior accommodations, tickets to nearly all of the weekend’s events, plus an exclusive cooking class with celebrity chef Tim Love at Splendido at the Chateau on Saturday.
