Over the last few days Mother Nature let skiers and riders know that she’s not done yet. With Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly and Northstar-at-Tahoe measuring snowfall by the feet it’s the perfect time to visit the mountains with great deals, events and of course amazing spring conditions.

Breckenridge Spring Fever, April 1-24

Breck Spring Fever will kick off the first weekend of April and will conclude on Easter Sunday, April 24, the final operating day of the ski resort this season. Northstar-at-Tahoe Spring It On, April 9

Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort will welcome spring with its annual Spring It On festivities that include a pond skim contest, 80’s dress-up day, infinity box contest set up by the resort’s terrain park team, and more! Taste of Vail, April 7-9

In its 21st year, the Taste of Vail is the nation’s premier spring food and wine festival, held at several venues throughout the ski resort. During the three-day event upwards of 5,000 people are able to experience the valley’s world-class restaurants, fine wine from top wineries around the globe, interactive seminars, auction and dance, the Colorado Lamb Cook Off, après ski tasting and the popular mountaintop picnic at the top of Vail Mountain. Keystone River Run Rocks and Slush Cup, April 9310

Heavenly Spring Loaded 2011, April 9-16
Heavenly’s annual spring break skiing and riding celebration is back, filled with California sunshine, Heavenly’s famous spring conditions, the infamous pond skimming contest…plus much, much more. A celebration of ski history, racing and tradition returns to Beaver Creek with Vintage Ski Fest and The Jimmie Heuga Memorial Vintage Ski Race on Saturday, April 16 held in honor and memory of ski racing legend Jimmie Heuga. The event is a throwback to the 1940s featuring a Vintage Vendors Fair in the village and a lineup of competitions on the Haymeadow Race Course complete with canvas competitor bibs, hand-painted banners, natural bamboo gates, old fashioned scoreboard and more.
