More Than Two Feet of Snow Greets Colorado Skiers and Riders Today
- Breckenridge Ski Resort received more than 26 inches last night
- Vail received over a foot of new snow
Breckenridge, COLO – January 18, 2011 – To say it is snowing in Colorado is an understatement in the ski town of Breckenridge, Colorado today. Breckenridge Ski Resort received more than two feet of snow in 24 hours. Vail received 16 inches and Beaver Creek and Keystone also received an extra helping of snow. Local Breckenridge skier Grant Savidge says this is some of the deepest snow he has ever skied at Breckenridge Ski Resort. “Now go get some,” he added, with a smile.
