Breckenridge's Peak 8 Fun Park opens June 18th

BRECKENRIDGE, Colo., - June 11, 2010 – Breckenridge Ski Resort announces the Peak 8 Fun Park will open June 18, 2010 with the debut of the new BreckTreks Hiking program and the long-time favorite, SuperSlide. The Fun Park, located at the base of Peak 8, will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (weather permitting). Free buses will run continually during park hours for easy transport to and from the gondola parking lots, and starting July 1st visitors can access the fun park via the BreckConnect Gondola, 8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. The gondola ride is free and bike transport requires a purchase of a mountain bike haul ticket.
