Vail Resorts Announces a Pricing Change for the Colorado Pass and Provides a Top 5 List of the Best Ski Deals
Broomfield, Colo. -- Oct. 14, 2009 -- Vail Resorts announced a $10 pricing change for the popular Colorado Pass that went into effect yesterday (Oct. 13, 2009). The adult Colorado Pass price went from $449 to $459 for adults. The children's price for the Colorado Pass remains $219. Pricing for the unlimited, unrestricted Epic and Summit Passes remain unchanged -  $599 for the six-mountain Epic Pass and $399 for the three-mountain Summit Pass.

5. Free Skiing for 5th and 6th graders in Colorado through School of Shred: Vail Resorts is again offering free skiing to all Colorado 5th and 6th grade students with four unrestricted days of skiing (or snowboarding) at each of its Colorado resorts – Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone – through The “School of Shred” program. 4. NEW: Hungry for a deal? Vail Resorts is serving up two new on-mountain values at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone in Colorado and at Heavenly in California/Nevada. A $9.95 daily meal at all of its on-mountain restaurants called Lunch for Less which will include an entrée, side dish and drink. And, Vail Resorts is investing in its number one seller on the mountain - its burger - by upgrading to higher-quality ingredients and creating a signature special sauce. Take a bite out of the new Epic Mountain Burger this season.

3. $79 Sunday Sleepover. Keystone and Breckenridge will both offer a $79 rate Sundays throughout the ski and snowboard season to help Colorado skiers and snowboarders extend their weekend and avoid the Sunday night I-70 traffic. www.keystoneresort.com or www.breckenridge.com.
