Kick off the Holiday season with an event made famous by American Express – Small Business Saturday and our Local Event Ticket to Breckenridge.
Local Business celebrate with the Community via an interactive game called Ticket to Breckenridge. Breckenridge offers one of the best Shopping Destinations in the State if not the region, with over 200 unique shops, boutiques, and galleries.
We are giving prizes exceeding $4,000 from 50 Breckenridge Merchants, Saturday the 26th. We have designed the game to encourage Guests and Locals plus employees to visit the participating Merchants - the more stores visited increases your chances of winning.
Via partnerships with the Breckenridge Resort, local Chamber of Commerce, Tourism Boards, local and regional Media...the small businesses in the Mountain Town of Breckenridge will tell our Success Stories to our Locals, Guests and the Public in general.
Living and working in the Colorado mountain towns requires a unique work play balance...from surviving mud season to talking to clients from the chair lift or the trail...heck I've even sold baby clothes in my ski boots....Entrepreneurs in Colorado cherish the lifestyle but also know the hard work and sacrifices faced daily to make it work.
Our unique event in Breckenridge is called Ticket to Breckenridge. As a consummate entrepreneur I couldn’t help but see an opportunity to get involved. Breckenridge is a perfect town to celebrate Small Business Saturday.
The newly formed 10k’ Merchant Association of Breckenridge is rallying the merchants to join in the event to showcase our unique stores, encourage our locals and guests to participate in the game and Shop Small for the Holiday kickoff event.
The Welcome Center will be the central location for the Prize Wall and Prize Drawings.
Breckenridge Resort in showing their support for local businesses is supplying the Grand Prizes and the Merchant prize. They even coined a slogan “Breckenridge Resort Loves our Local Businesses!” Summit Daily News as sponsor is offering Media coverage.
Prizes include gifts from all participating Merchants and the Breckenridge Resort. There will be 50 plus winners including the Grand Prize from Breckenridge Resort. Prize values to exceed $4,000 in total.

We as Merchants have founded the Merchants Association for the purpose of creating synergies with the Town and Resort. Breckenridge is a unique destination – we have both a Historic Downtown Main Street and Resort Ski Town. This combination offers the best Shopping Destination in the region if not the World.
