BROOMFIELD, Colo. – Apr. 15, 2019 – Starting at 10pm last night, some of our guests experienced technical difficulties when trying to purchase their passes on our site. The issue has now been resolved, and we are extending the deadline to Friday, April 19 to ensure that all of our guests have the option to lock in the best benefits.

Purchasing an Epic Pass before Friday, April 19 allows skiers and snowboarders to lock in their season pass for next winter with only $49 down at the lowest guaranteed rate and also ensures that eligible pass holders will receive 10 Buddy Tickets for total of 16 discounted tickets to share with family and friends. April 19 is the new deadline to receive all 10 Buddy Tickets - a 67 percent increase over the six that were offered last season. Pass holders also receive six Ski With a Friend tickets that may be purchased at a discounted rate from the then-current window ticket pricing.

Benefits of Purchasing Before April 19:

  • 16 Total Discounted Tickets for Family and Friends. Purchasing an eligible 2019-20 Epic Pass product by Friday, April 19, ensures that skiers and snowboarders will lock in the lowest price, combined with the most discounted lift tickets for friends and family to use. Ten “Buddy” tickets at a flat discounted rate for friends and family to use and six “Ski With A Friend” discounted tickets are offered with eligible season passes. Buddy Tickets provide up to nearly 40% savings while Ski With a Friend tickets are discounted from the window price, which varies throughout the season. April 19 is the deadline to receive all 16 benefit tickets. Eligible passes include the Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Summit Value Pass, Keystone Plus Pass, Park City Youth Pass, Tahoe Local Pass, Tahoe Value Pass, Afton Alps Pass and Mt. Brighton Pass.
  • $49 Down Now, Pay the Rest Later. For a limited time only, a $49 down payment now guarantees the lowest price for Vail Resorts’ season pass products with the remainder due in the fall.
