Vail Resorts Announces Significant Expansion of its Youth Access Efforts Underpinned by $10 Million Charitable Donation from CEO Rob Katz

Today, as part of its Epic for Everyone platform, Vail Resorts announced a significant expansion of its current youth access efforts, with plans to launch new programs at more than a dozen resorts that serve major metropolitan areas, including New York City, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Boston, Cleveland and Seattle.

With a coating of new snow and the hard work of the resort snowmaking team, Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR) is set to open for the winter season on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019. The resort's new Teocalli Lift will open on Friday, Nov. 29.

Keystone Resort set to Expand Skiing and Riding Across Two Peaks

Keystone Resort announced today that it will open North Peak on Friday which will nearly double the resort’s total skiable acres for skiers and riders. With more than 80 acres across two peaks, and five lifts open, Keystone is offering diverse beginner and intermediate terrain.
