Mountaintop Summer Snow Tubing
Guests can still get their adrenaline fix this summer at the Adventure Point tubing hill. After an epic winter season, Keystone’s summer stash of snow is bigger and better than ever. Situated at 11,640-feet elevation atop Dercum Mountain, Keystone boasts the only summer snow tubing operation in Colorado held on actual snow. Guests can zip down multiple tubing lanes, without all the winter apparel, and enjoy conveyor-lift access back to the top.

Feel the Thrill of Downhill
Starting June 7, the Keystone Bike Park will be open daily. The Bike Park features 34 lift-serviced singletrack mountain biking trails, with progressive terrain welcoming riders of all ability levels. Check out several group ride options ranging from fun free downhill events, to weekly group rides dedicated to women. Plus, the Keystone Bike Academy caters to riders of all levels offering beginner clinics, private lessons and downhill guides. With lingering on-mountain snow from Keystone’s exceptional winter season, trails will open on a rolling basis throughout June, as conditions permit. Current trail offerings can be found online at KeystoneBikePark.com. Bike and full downhill gear rentals are conveniently available at Keystone Sports locations in the resort’s River Run Village, and Bike Park Season Passes may be purchased now by visiting KeystoneResort.com.

Get On the Green
Keystone Resort is home to two distinct 18-hole golf facilities, offering 36-holes of championship golf in one idyllic setting. The River Course offers impressive elevation changes, variable bunkers, water hazards and six sets of tees on each hole to challenge and welcome golfers of all ability levels. Keystone Ranch Golf Course is set on historic ranch land where original structures and old western heritage remain throughout the course, providing a nostalgic feel amongst the breathtaking scenery. New this year is the Family Golf Package which offers free golf and rentals for kids 17 and under, exclusive savings on lodging, golf rates, green fees, practice facility access and free golf on day of arrival with a two night stay.

Kidtopia: Free Daily Programming for Families
Keystone’s signature daily Kidtopia activities kick off on opening day, providing families with a variety of activities and interactive adventures daily throughout the summer. From June 7 to Aug. 31, Kidtopia offerings such as kids yoga, golf games, family nature hikes, river science outings, and environment based learning connect families to the natural surroundings of the resort through hands-on learning disguised as fun. The daily Kidtopia schedule can be found at KeystoneResort.com.

Scenic Lift Rides
Guests can elevate any Keystone visit with a scenic lift ride to the top of Dercum Mountain. Scenic lift rides begin daily at 10 a.m., offering picturesque views that extend as far as the eye can see, including the Continental Divide, Tenmile Range, and Lake Dillon. Photo opportunities, hiking, games and delicious fare at the Overlook Grill at Summit House grill await.

Bacon and Bourbon Festival – New Camp Bacon
The 9th Annual Keystone Bacon & Bourbon Festival takes place June 22-23. The weekend features more than 3,000 pounds of bacon with specialty bacon dishes, a bacon eating contest, Colorado distilled bourbon and whiskey tastings, and free live music throughout the weekend. New this year is Camp Bacon, a mini-festival within the bigger Bacon and Bourbon Festival. There will be kid-themed bacon talks, free face painting, EpicMix Photo Booth and crafts. Kids can also become a “Bacon Camp Ranger” and participate in a kid’s bacon eating competition. Festival lodging and ticket packages are available at KeystoneResort.com.
