June 23, 2014 – Beaver Creek’s traditional Independence Day celebration will feature Texas country star and three-time Grammy Award nominee, Pat Green, as the headliner for the free outdoor evening concert July 4. The Stars, Stripes & Slides festivities will be set-up in the heart of Beaver Creek Village during the day offering inflatable slides, jumping castles and other complimentary family-friendly activities.
Concert-goers can spend the day celebrating the holiday with friends and family in Beaver Creek. At 5 p.m., set your blanket on the lawn, enjoy food and beverage from vendors and tap your toes with Michaelis as the opening musical act starting at 6 p.m. Pat Green takes center stage at 8 p.m. Rising from San Antonio, Texas, Green’s popular, chart-making hits include ‘Wave on Wave’, ‘Feels Just Like It Should’ and ‘Let Me.’ Beaver Creek’s robust fireworks show will light up the night sky at 9:30 p.m.

To kick off the holiday weekend, don’t miss the Beaver Creek Rodeo Series Thursday, July 3 presented by The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek Mountain located at the Rodeo Grounds in Avon. Free shuttle service will be available from Beaver Creek as well as The Westin.
