Breckenridge Ski Resort Announces New “First Tracks Fridays”
Breckenridge Ski Resort announced today the ski resort will offer a brand new exclusive opportunity for guests staying in official resort lodging properties this winter. Titled “First Tracks Fridays”, this program will allow guests staying at official lodging properties of Breckenridge Ski Resort to access the mountain one hour before it opens to the general public on Friday mornings throughout the 2013/14 winter ski season.
One designated chairlift will open early each Friday morning on Peak 9 at Breckenridge, and will be available to guests who stay over Thursday nights at any of Breck’s official lodging properties (The DoubleTree by Hilton Breckenridge, Mountain Thunder Lodge, One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort, Crystal Peak Lodge and The Village at Breckenridge). No special lodging package purchase is required, but participants must be guests of an official Breck lodging property at the times the weekly events occur, and must also hold a valid Breck lift pass in order to participate.
Breck First Tracks Fridays will commence once mountain conditions allow this winter, and will occur every Friday throughout the remainder of the season.

PEAK 6 INAUGURAL SEASON
This year will be the inaugural season for the opening of Breck’s newest peak, Peak 6. The opening of Peak 6 represents the largest ski area terrain expansion in the past decade, and the first at Breckenridge since the Peak 7 expansion in 2002. The new terrain will be opened based on snowfall and more specific dates will be released as the season progresses.
