FRESH SNOW
A mid-December winter storm delivered 10 inches of fresh powder snow to Vail Mountain in the last 48 hours and allowed the resort to open terrain in the Highline Express Lift (#10) area this morning. Beaver Creek received eight inches while Breckenridge and Keystone received six inches each in the last 48 hours.
 
WINTER DEW TOUR AT BRECKENRIDGE
The world’s top snowboard and freeski athletes, including defending 2008-2009 Dew Cup champions Kelly Clark (SNB pipe) and Spencer O’Brien (SNB slope) as well as Olympic hopefuls Mason Aguirre, Steve Fisher and Louie Vito will be competing at the first stop of the 2009-2010 Winter Dew Tour. The Winter Dew Tour returns to Breckenridge Ski Resort for the second consecutive year for the Totino’s Open, held Dec. 17-20. The four-day event will feature snowboarding and freeskiing competitions, two live performances by local rock band OneRepublic and an interactive Festival Village with athlete autograph signings and free product giveaways.

“Lunch for Less” is a new value meal that will be offered across all five resorts for $9.95 and it will include an entrée, side dish and a beverage. The Lunch for Less meal may vary from day to day and from resort to resort and include a wrap and soup one day or a pasta and salad the next.
