Slated to debut for the 2018-19 winter season, Whistler Blackcomb’s historic investment of CAD$66 million will invite guests to discover the heart of Whistler Blackcomb’s mountains via the world’s first three-gondola interconnect, enhancing the world’s longest continuous lift system. This transformative investment features the addition of a new gondola on the Blackcomb side of the mountain, replacing the existing Wizard and Solar Express high-speed four-passenger chairs; the replacement upgrade of the Family Ski Zone’s Emerald Express four-passenger chair with a new six-passenger high-speed lift, and the replacement of the existing Catskinner triple-passenger lift with a four-passenger, high-speed chair.
