Park City Mountain Resort Announces 2016-17 Winter Operating Dates

Today, Park City Mountain Resort announced operating dates for the 2016-2017 ski and snowboard season. The Park City Base Area will open on Friday, November 18, and Canyons Village will open on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. Park City will close for the season on Sunday, April 16, 2017.

Deadline Approaching for Utah Kids to Ski Free During the 2016-2017 Season

Just two weeks remain to sign-up online for Vail Resorts free Epic SchoolKids Utah Pack, providing all Utah elementary school-aged children the opportunity to access free skiing and snowboarding at Park City for the 2016-2017 season. The Epic SchoolKids Pack offers five free days of skiing or snowboarding at the largest resort in the U.S., as well as one free first-timer ski or snowboard lesson with free equipment rental. Registration is only available through Monday, May 30, and is available online at www.epicschoolkids.com/utah.

Park City Mountain Resort Announces Summer Operations and Three New Activities for Kids

After making a historic debut this winter as the largest ski resort in the United States, Park City Mountain Resort is gearing up for the summer. Today, Park City announced that summer operations will begin at the Park City Base Area on Friday, May 27 and will include three new activities for children: a zipline for small children, a kids’ challenge course and a kids’ summer tubing hill. Canyons Golf will open for its second season on Friday, May 27 and Canyons Village will open for summer operations on Friday, June 17.
