Kirkwood to Remain Open May 4-6
Lifts to Access Intermediate and Advanced Terrain Only
 
South Lake Tahoe, Calif./Nev. – April 30, 2012 – Kirkwood Mountain Resort will remain open for next weekend, May 4-6, 2012, with limited intermediate and advanced terrain only. The resort will operate Chairs #6, Cornice Express, #10, Wagon Wheel, and #11, The Reut, from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No determination has been made for beyond May 6.
 
“There is still enough snow at Kirkwood to allow us to stay open an additional weekend for our valued guests,” said Casey Blann, Kirkwood general manager. “You can’t beat the gorgeous weather we have had in Tahoe the last two weekends, and the spring skiing for next weekend looks to be just as good, or even better.”
 
2012-13 Season Passes on Sale
