Holiday Dining Shines at Keystone as the Keystone Ranch and Alpenglow Stube Restaurants Receive the Four-Diamond AAA Rating for the 15th Year

Just in time for holiday celebrations, fine dining at Keystone Resort recently received additional accolades as both the Alpenglow Stube and the Keystone Ranch earned the 2009 Four-Diamond rating, AAA’s highest award. For 15 years, the Alpenglow Stube and The Keystone Ranch have been Four-Diamond restaurant winners, making Keystone Resort a must-visit for a high-quality and unique dining experience.

"Achieving the AAA Five or Four-Diamond rating is one of the top distinctions earned in the hotel and restaurant industry, signifying the highest possible levels of excellence," said Tony DeNovellis, President and CEO of AAA Colorado.

“Keystone Resort consistently provides exceptional experiences for our guests, and winning the AAA Four-Diamond rating for the fifteenth year in a row exemplifies our commitment to the fine dining experience,” comments Paul Jeppson, Keystone Resort Vice President of Hospitality.

The Alpenglow Stube is located at 11,444 feet at the top of North Peak in an unforgettable setting decorated to resemble a Bavarian fairy-tale, the Stube features contemporary alpine entrées such as Porcini Mushroom Dusted Elk Chop or Sautéed Veal Tournedos. Two romantic gondola rides help make the experience absolutely extraordinary. With stunning views and wonderful fare, this is mountain dining at its finest. For the holidays, the Stube will be offering a specialty themed menu of six courses.

At the Keystone Ranch restaurant, guests are treated to an award winning dining experience in a 1930’s ranch homestead located at the Keystone Ranch™ Golf Course. A superb six-course dinner featuring unique Colorado cuisine and wild game specialty entrees such as the North American Elk Chop and Colorado Lamb tantalize taste buds throughout the evening. The Ranch’s rich history and incredible cuisine leave no room for speculation as to why it is a Wine Spectator DiRoNA winner, as well as one of the best restaurants in Colorado according to the prestigious Zagat Survey.
