Keystone Resort will end July with two major events: 10,000 Maniacs Play a Free Concert at River Run Rocks July 24th and the famous Bluegrass and Beer Festival the following weekend 
 
·         July 24th, a Saturday afternoon of free concerts kick-off with The Woodies Band warming up the stage for the 10,000 Maniacs at the River Run Events Plaza.

       July 30 - August 1.
 
KEYSTONE, Colo. –July 19, 2010 – River Run Rocks returns to Keystone Resort this summer with a free concert featuring 10,000 Maniacs and The Woodies Band on Saturday, July 24 in the River Run Events Plaza. Free children’s activities in the Kid’s Game Zone make it an event for the whole family.
 
Opening at 4 p.m. the Woodies Band is a Colorado based band that plays eclectic country-folk rock music. 10,000 Maniacs is an alternative rock band that formed in 1981 with multiple hits including “These Are the Days” will start playing at 5:45 p.m. After a day of mountain fun, guests are encouraged to make their way to River Run for food and beverages sold a la carte and the free shows. Receive a free t-shirt with the purchase of $30 or more from a River Run merchant.
 
The Kid’s Game Zone entertains the resort’s youngest guests with bounce-houses and other activities from 4-7 p.m. in the Silvermill Courtyard.
 
Beer taps start pouring July 31st for the 14th Annual Bluegrass and Beer Festival. Live music on three stages is the perfect accompaniment to unlimited beer samples ($30.00 per person) from more than 20 breweries. For a full event schedule go to www.keystonefestivals.com
