Canyons Resort Debuts New Pub-Style Menus at Red Tail Grill
New Menus Reflect Mountainside Tap House Flavors and Vibe

Park City, Utah (June 18, 2015) – Canyons Resort has re-conceptualized the menus for Red Tail Grill with a new tap house-style menu. Located mountainside at the Grand Summit Hotel overlooking the famed Ski Beach in the Resort Village, the rustic setting is complemented by well-crafted, yet simple, pub-style food with bold flavors.

“Through market analysis and speaking with our guests, we focused on creating a new dining concept with innovative pub-style cuisine and expanded menus,” said Christopher Moore, general manager of Red Tail Grill. “We are excited to introduce the next chapter at Red Tail Grill to locals and guests alike.”

Focusing on bold flavors and favorite tap house-style bites, the new menu includes dishes created with local and sustainable products from purveyors such as Wasatch Meats, Stone Ground Bakery and Gold Creek Farms. Standout starters include Ale Battered Onion Rings served with buttermilk Gorgonzola and spicy mustard and Chili Rubbed Wings served alongside BBQ ranch, carrots and celery. Signature entrée dishes include Beer Brats served with sauerkraut, Brussels sprouts, mashed potato and mustard aioli and Beef Tenderloin with tobacco onion and smoked cherry puree.

An equally impressive cocktail menu includes craft beverages such as the summery Basil Smash with High West peach, basil, lime and honey or the Mountain Paradise with bourbon, Campari, lemon and grapefruit.

“Reconceiving the menu for Red Tail Grill has been something we’ve been working on for the past couple of months. We’re excited for guests to try our unique twist on new and favorite dishes, which we’ve hand crafted using the best of local, sustainable products,” said Scott Lewis, senior executive chef for village dining.

Red Tail Grill is open daily for breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. For more information on Red Tail Grill, full menus and contact information please call 435.615.8068 or visit www.canyonsresort.com.
