, A RockResort features 86 two- and three-bedroom villa suites, ranging from 1,900 to 4,000 square-feet. With chic tropical accents and a nod to nautical furnishings, each room offers a stylish and comfortable design with a strong emphasis on natural surroundings, as decorated by acclaimed interior designer Patricia Reid. Balcones' open-air, beachfront restaurant, Porto,
serves gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner in an idyllic setting. Porto offers the most expansive wine list in the Dominican Republic. Peruvian Chef Bruno Toso designed the menu items surrounding a unique mix of Peruvian flavors, embracing Dominican traditions. Each day, the menu will feature a daily catch as the specialty, ranging from mahi mahi to tuna, depending on the season. Local shrimp will be served by the pound in three unique flavors.
