Kids Fly, Ride, Ski and Stay Free at Vail and Beaver Creek This Winter

VAIL, Colo. – Jan. 6, 2011 – The popular Kids Fly Free program returns to Eagle Airport (EGE) this season via American Airlines. For each paid adult fare (age 18 and above) for flights into Eagle Airport purchased in conjunction with select lodging, American Airlines is offering one free ticket for children ages 2-12. Upon arrival children also receive free skiing or snowboarding at Vail and Beaver Creek with a paying adult; and free lodging with a paying adult at select properties through Vail Beaver Creek Reservations.

The entire family can get in on the deal with two specials unique to Vail and Beaver Creek; Fly In Ski Free at Vail, and Ski Free Stay Free – the value-oriented “buy three, get one free” lodging and lift ticket offer.

Guests flying into Eagle Airport on a commercial flight through April 24, 2011 can ski or snowboard for free at Vail and Beaver Creek on their day of arrival. To participate, skiers and riders simply show their same-day boarding pass and Vail Valley lodging confirmation at any Vail or Beaver Creek ticket window to redeem their free lift ticket valid the day of arrival only.

In conjunction with the Kids Fly Free offer, Beaver Creek Loves Kids is another great family festival that provides great savings. Families who visit Beaver Creek Feb. 27-March 11, 2011 can take advantage of complimentary kids’ deals for those 12 and under during Beaver Creek Loves Kids. The two-week event highlights all the resort has to offer its young guests and features complimentary kids’ lift tickets, ski and snowboard school lessons, some meals and gear rentals. Complimentary offerings are available for kids ages 12 and under and are only available when booked at least seven days in advance and accompanied by one paying adult for similar purchases with a minimum of two nights of lodging. Other special activities will be offered plus Nature Valley NASTAR will host its Family Challenge presented by Cuties California Clementines March 5-6, 2011. Airline tickets for the Kids Fly Free promotion cannot be purchased without lodging. Midweek travel with valid arrival days Sunday through Wednesday and departures available on Tuesday through Friday is eligible for the Kids Fly Free program. A minimum two night stay is required with a maximum stay of seven nights. No blackout dates exist and all flights into Eagle Airport on American are available for this program.
