Kids Fly, Ride, Ski and Stay Free at Vail and Beaver Creek Offer Extended
  • Kids fly, transport, stay and ski free on American Airlines flights into Vail/Eagle Airport now through March 31 with purchase of adult airfare purchased by Feb. 28, 2009

Beaver Creek, Colo. – February 3, 2009 – Families who plan to visit Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts this spring can take advantage of American Airlines’ Kids Fly Free offer now through March 31, 2009. Vail Resorts’ airline partner has agreed to extend its popular program through spring break offering free air travel for kids ages 2 through 12 years with one free paid adult (18+) fare into the Vail/ Eagle County Regional Airport now through March 31, 2009. American Airlines Kids Fly Free tickets must be booked by February 28, 2009 and are only valid in conjunction with lodging purchased through Vail and Beaver Creek Reservations or American Airlines Vacations. 

Upon arrival at the resorts, children under 12 also receive the following: free transportation via Colorado Mountain Express (CME) with a paying adult (18+); free skiing or riding at Vail and Beaver Creek with a paying adult (18+); and free lodging with a paying adult (18+) at select properties in Vail and Beaver Creek.

Airline tickets for the Kids Fly Free promotion on American Airlines may be purchased from now until Feb. 28, 2009, and the program is applicable to both non-stop flights and to connecting flights into Vail/Eagle. Travel to the resort must take place between Sunday and Wednesday; returning flights must occur between Monday and Friday. Guests may stay a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 30 days.

Guests flying into the Vail/Eagle County Regional Airport on many commercial flights through April 14, 2009 can also ski or ride free at Vail and Beaver Creek on their day of arrival. To participate, skiers and riders simply show their same-day boarding pass and Vail Valley lodging confirmation at any lift ticket window to redeem their free lift ticket valid the day of arrival only. Offer valid for certain flights based upon arrival times.
