Vail Resorts Acquires Mountain News Corporation, Operator of, Most Visited Snow Sports Website in World

BROOMFIELD, Colo. – May 28, 2010 – Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) today announced that the Company has acquired Mountain News Corporation (MNC), which operates the world’s most visited online snow sports portal, Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
