Vail Resorts to Operate Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah

BROOMFIELD, Colo.—May 29, 2013—Vail Resorts today announced that the Company has entered into a long-term lease with affiliate companies of Talisker Corporation for Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. Under the lease, Vail Resorts has assumed all of the resort operations of Canyons while Talisker has retained its development rights for four million square feet of real estate at the resort.

BROOMFIELD, Colo. – May 24, 2013– Vail Resorts (NYSE:MTN) today announced the appointment of Taylor Ogilvie, as general manager of Mt. Brighton, where he will oversee the ski area operations at Mt. Brighton. He will begin his new position on June 10.

Vail Resorts Closes on Sale of Land at Breckenridge Peak 8 Base for Timeshare Development

BROOMFIELD, Colo. – May 21, 2013– Yesterday Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) finalized the sale of approximately 2.1 acres of land at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8 to an affiliate of Breckenridge Grand Vacations Inc. The sale price was $11.1 million in cash.
